Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains our trial terms, auto-renewals, cancellation rules, and refund request conditions for LearnPress Cloud subscriptions.

Last updated: July 6, 2026

In plain language

We offer a 7-day free trial so you can test the platform. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you will not be billed. If you are charged, we offer a 3–7 day refund window for new subscriptions and automatic renewals (provided there is no significant service usage), and full refunds for billing errors, duplicate charges, or unresolved severe service issues.

This summary is provided for convenience. The full Refund Policy below governs billing, trials, and refund requests.

1. Agreement to policy

This Refund Policy governs subscriptions and billing transactions for LearnPress Cloud.

By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing to a plan, or purchasing add-ons, you agree to this Refund Policy.

This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

2. Free trial period

LearnPress Cloud may offer a 7-day free trial on selected subscription plans. The free trial is designed to let you evaluate the platform, host test courses, customize templates, and experience managed features before your paid subscription starts.

You may cancel your trial at any time during the 7-day period through your account area. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be billed, and your trial site may be paused, archived, or deleted at the end of the trial period.

If you do not cancel before the 7-day trial period expires, your credit card or payment method on file will be charged automatically for the subscription plan you selected at signup.

3. Plan subscriptions & renewals

All LearnPress Cloud subscriptions (monthly and yearly plans) renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by you.

Renewal charges are processed automatically using your stored payment method. Renewal notifications and receipt invoices will be sent to the account email address on file.

Subscription fees are billed in advance. You can request a renewal refund within 3 to 7 days after the renewal charge occurs, provided that your account has not significantly used the service resources during the new billing cycle.

4. Refund request conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with LearnPress Cloud. We offer refunds under the following specific conditions:

Refund Eligibility Scenarios

  • Duplicate charge: If you are billed twice for the same transaction due to a processing error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
  • System billing errors: If our billing platform incorrectly charges your account due to a system glitch or mistake, we will fully refund or credit the incorrect amount.
  • First-time subscription grace window: If you are a new customer and forgot to cancel before the 7-day trial ended, you can request a full refund of your initial subscription fee within 3 to 7 days of the charge, provided you have not actively used the platform resources (such as deploying templates or high CDN bandwidth usage).
  • Severe unresolved service issues: If the platform experiences severe, critical performance failures that render your course website completely unusable, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period, you are eligible for a refund.

Exclusions

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Requests made after the 3–7 day refund window for renewals or new subscriptions
  • Plan upgrades or configuration changes made mid-cycle
  • Third-party costs, add-on license purchases, custom design work, or external domain registrations
  • Accounts suspended due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service

How to request a refund

To request a refund under the conditions above, contact our support team at info@physcode.com. Please include your account email, site name, transaction ID, and the reason for your request. Refund requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days of approval, and funds will be returned to your original payment method.

5. Cancellation & site deletion

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. If you cancel a paid plan, your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing period, and no further automatic renewals will occur.

Upon cancellation or subscription expiration, your course website, data, backups, media files, and student records may be archived, restricted, or permanently deleted according to our operational policies. We recommend exporting your course content, reports, and backup data before cancelling your plan.

6. Abuse of refund policy

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect patterns of abuse, such as repeatedly signing up for trials, creating sites, exporting data, and requesting refunds, or using the refund guarantee to avoid paying for legitimate platform usage.

Decisions regarding refund policy abuse are made at our reasonable discretion.

7. Governing law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of California, United States. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under local law in your jurisdiction.
